Warranty

  • One-year warranty can be claimed only with original invoice and with date of purchase clearly mentioned.
  • Warranty covers the technology part of the pen and the books. Repair or replacement of the pen and the books will be considered void if the products have been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, immersion in water, neglect, abuse, battery leakage or improper installation, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials of the product.
  • Warranty covers the hardware and software of the pen and only software of the books. The damage to the paper of the books is not covered unless found so at the time of opening a sealed packet and can be proven to a goDiscover representative.
  • Return of a product under warranty is to be followed asĀ  — you must return your product, shipping prepaid and with proof of purchase date, as checked by a goDiscover representative. A receiving number should be given to you at this time; this will be your number to track your product and any communication thereafter.
  • In the event that a product under warranty is repaired or replaced, the replacement will be covered under the original warranty or for 60 days, whichever is longer.
  • Replacement may consist of replacing the product with the same product or with a different product of the same value. goDiscover shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any warranty on this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited to the duration of this warranty.
